About
I’m a Lead UX Designer who specializes in diagnosing complex product problems and building clear, scalable solution frameworks. My strength is discovery—understanding systems, identifying patterns, and enabling teams to execute with confidence.
I currently lead design for the VA health and benefits mobile app, focusing on platform-level features and high-level change. Previously, I designed frameworks for a high-risk identity verification migration that helped prevent over 500,000 veterans from losing healthcare access—an effort that won a FedID Award for “Best Technical Advancement”. My work across Amazon and the VA brings a systems-oriented, human-centered approach to product design, with a focus on impact, accessibility, and long-term sustainability.
I left Amazon to study music production at Berklee, taking recording, production, and composition courses. I'm a musician, Alf Clausen Scholarship recipient, previously an audio technician, and recreational producer—bringing both systems thinking and domain passion to music creation.
